Good Morning! Well....if you are on the East Coast....I am not sure it is a good morning, more of a have-fun-in-the-pouring-rain-and-wind kinda morning, either way, optimism leads to good things right? :)
This is my last week of classes for my MBA. It is hard to believe I will be graduating with a masters in less than two weeks. I am tying up my final classes, and presenting my business plan for my healthy meal business to Venture Capitalists this week (eeeeek!).
Rather than sending out a half effort post, I thought it would be nice to give you a post from one of my closest friends in the blogging world. Although Jessie and I have never met, we talk on the phone regularly, and I count her as someone I can always rely on if I need a friend to listen. If you have not already checked her blog out, you need to. She is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet, and I know we will be friends for life :) Over to you Jessie!
Hi Guys, It's Jessie from Jessie Loves To Run
Today I'm filling in for our favorite ELITE runner, Tina! Not only do I adore this lady, but I'm actually quite grateful she offered me this opportunity. I mean I think we can alll agree that one day our awesome blend will be running in the Olympics :):)
When Tina first asked if Id write, I really had no idea what to talk about. It came down between a new smoothie recipe or a new workout. Since I haven't been eating smoothies all that often lately (Ah the horror! What's wrong w/ me?), a workout it was! Actually... not just a workout, but THREE! I figured having a choice to pick from is much more appealing than just one. Am I right, or am I right? I also made sure to include video links for each exercise incase y'all aren't sure how to perform the move correctly!
Phew! Had I been speaking, that sure would've been a mouthful to say. Haha! I really hope if you decide to give any three of these workouts a try, you love them as much as I have! I also want to note: If you are having trouble knocking out the reps or sets, just lower it. Always do what is comfortable for you. Sometimes not trying to be the incredible Hulk is a more safer way!
Again, thank you so much Tina. I cannot tell you how much you asking me to guest post means to me. The friendship we've built over the past couple months has been awesome!
